Ceviche and Churro Cooking Class
La Cocina School at El Centro de la Raza will be offering a Ceviche & Churro Cooking Class in partnership with Marcos Arellano of Sharkbite Ceviches!
The class will be separated into three parts:
1. How to make halibut and salmon ceviche.
2. How to make traditional churros.
3. Feasting together on the delicious food prepared during the class.
Class will begin promptly at 5:00 PM in the Centilia Cultural Center's kitchen. La Cocina Classes typically take 2.5 hours long. All cooking supplies and ingredients will be provided, but please bring your own apron. The Centilia Cultural Center is located within Plaza Roberto Maestas at 1660 South Roberto Maestas Festival Street, Seattle, WA 98144, next to the Light Rail station and south of El Centro de la Raza's main Historic Building.

Proceeds from the La Cocina School at El Centro de la Raza Latin Cooking Classes go to fund El Centro de la Raza's Senior Wellness programs. As such, we are unable to process any refunds. In the event that you are unable to attend, we are happy to place you into a different class or you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Mil gracias for your support.
